"The apartment is 25 min away from Gare du Nord and 50min from Turne de Eiffel. It is very convenient. It was nice, clean, tidy, and provided with coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, etc. A well-sized balcony comes with a table and two chairs. It's perfect for a family trip, as it has a king-size bed and a comfortable sofa. The host was very nice, friendly, and helpful, with a professional attitude. We've been advised what tube lanes are better to take as there were some maintenance works on some, asked if we were comfortably accommodated or if we need anything."

"I won't say I didn't like something. The only thing that might be unlikeable is that the balcony doesn't have a spectacular view. But we expected it and didn't mind as most of the time we were in the city exploring Paris! And to be fair, apartments with a "postcards" view have different prices 😉"

"Diese Ferienwohnung ist die optimale Lösung für diejenigen, die die überteuerten Unterkünfte in Paris meiden wollen, die schnelle und unkomplizierte Verkehrsverbindungen zum Flughafen CDG und in das Pariser Stadtzentrum schätzen, die ab und zu in aller Ruhe und bei relativ frischer Luft am Balkon durchatmen wollen, und die einen umsichtigen und äußerst entgegenkommenden Vermieter schätzen. Dieser sorgt sich nicht nur um die allgemeine Zufriedenheit der Gäste (gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung, gute Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung, schnelle Kommunikation,...), sondern er gab uns auch die Möglichkeit eines früheren Baggage-drop-offs und wies uns extra auf weitere Kühlungsoptionen in der Wohnung hin (Außentemperatur um die 30°)."
